Previously Registered as a RN in PEI

Within the last 3 years

If you were previously registered as an RN in PEI within the last 3 years, you can apply for reinstatement of your registration. You will need verification from the first jurisdiction where you were initially registered as well as the current jurisdiction where you are registered.  Please visit the applicable jurisdiction’s website for information on how to request a verification.

Beyond the last 3 years

If you were previously registered as an RN in PEI beyond the last 3 years, you must complete a new application for registration through the Applicant Portal. You will need verification from the first jurisdiction where you were initially registered as well as the current jurisdiction where you are registered.  Please visit the applicable jurisdiction’s website for information on how to request a verification.
