Jurisprudence Exam

All new graduates who are seeking registration for work in PEI must complete the jurisprudence exam prior to the issuance of their RN registration. If the new graduate will be holding a Graduate Nurse registration for an extended period due to a delay in taking the NCLEX, they must complete the Jurisprudence Exam within the first 3 months of their GN registration. If a new graduate fails their NCLEX exam, they must complete the Jurisprudence exam at that time to maintain GN registration.
